We, at Alchemane accept returns and exchanges only if the package is returned in the same condition as it was sent and no modifications are done. No returns will be accepted on customized orders.

What is the return period?

We accept returns only on non- customized hair extensions within 5 days of the date the package has been received by you. However, a penalty of 200 INR or 5 % (whichever is higher) will be deducted and instead of a refund you will receive a credit note.
Note: No returns or exchanges accepted on customized orders and international orders.

How do I process my return?

If you wish to return an item, please mail us at info@alchemane.com. The package must be returned to the address provided in the mail only. We won’t be responsible for any packages returned to another address.

How can I know if my order is qualified for a return?

We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of the date the package has been received by you if the following conditions are met:
1) The product must be in the same condition as it was when shipped. Any products that have been washed, cut or altered in any way will not be accepted.
2) The customer pays the shipping cost for return.
3) We are not responsible for any damages that occur during transit.

Will I get a refund?

We do not give any refunds.  However, you will receive a credit note from us, which is like a coupon that can be used the next time you wish to purchase something.

Do I pay for my returns/ exchanges?

Yes, all customers have to bear the shipping charges for returns/ exchanges. We suggest doing all shipments with a tracking option as we are not responsible for any lost items.
Any products that are damaged at the time we receive it will not be qualified for a return and the customer has to bear the cost for it.

When do I receive the credit note?

As soon as we receive the package you will receive the credit note

Can I exchange my product?

Yes, but you will have to ship the product back to us, after which you will receive a credit note which you can use to order what you like. A penalty of 200 INR or 5% whichever is higher will be deducted from the order value.
